LGMC Shows a Little Spirit at our United Way Gumbo Cook-off
Lafayette General Medical Center's annual Gumbo Cook-off benefiting United Way was held on Friday, Oct. 26. Festivities began at 9 a.m., with the cook-off held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Gift basket raffle tickets are still available for $1 until the drawing on Oct 31. The baskets will be on display from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 28-31 in the hospital's main lobby. For more information, contact Kay Parr, 289-7157
DJ D&R Sounds performed from 9 to 11 a.m., and live music from Louisiana Red was enjoyed from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
