Health Insurance

What You Receive: Full-time employees receive two times their annual salary to a maximum of $50,000. Opportunity to purchase additional term life insurance coverage from 1 to 5 times annual salary to a maximum of $500,000. Part-time employees receive one time their annual salary.

401(k) Retirement Plan

What You Receive: Two components:
1) Basic = gross pay after 1year / 750 hrs / over age 18
2) Matching = The first 3% of gross pay is matched by LGMC at the rate of
$.67 on the dollar every payroll.
