Health/Fitness Center
Promoting good health through education, attention to lifestyle and specialized physical activity is the focus of Lafayette General's highly-regarded Wellness Center. Located in the Grant Molett Medical Arts Center, adjacent to the LGMC campus at 461 Heymann Blvd., it houses a fully-equipped and modern gym, and aerobics areas. The Center is staffed by a registered nurse, exercise physiologists and aerobic and fitness instructors for a safe and convenient environment. Best of all, Lafayette General employees receive a discounted membership and can use payroll deduction for their membership fees. Family plans are also available.

Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
LGMC offers free, confidential, short-term counseling and referral to community resources for full-time and part-time employees experiencing personal challenges. The use of EAP services is voluntary and available 24 hours per day.
