Spinach Balls Product Details
Spinach Balls
  • 2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 cups Herb Bread Stuffing mix
  • 2 medium onions- chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup water chestnuts-chopped fine
  • 1 carton of egg beaters (equivalent to 4 eggs)
  • 1/2 cup reduced calorie margarine
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
Cook spinach in microwave according to package directions, drain well. Mix all ingredients together. Shape into bite size balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Note: Can be frozen before baking.
 
Yield: 80 small spinach balls or 40 medium
 
Calories: 35 for 2 small or 1 medium
Fat: 1.3 grams
Sodium: 138mg
