Bariatric Weight Loss Surgery Seminar

Anyone interested in attending a free, informational seminar is invited and encouraged to bring interested family and friends to share in the learning experience. Team members Brooke Doucet, RN, bariatric program manager, Amy Hotard, bariatric patient advocate, and either Dr. Philip Gachassin or Dr. Dennis Eschete, bariatric surgeon, will be on hand to explain the different procedures and to answer your questions.
Information Needed
You will need to bring a picture ID and your insurance card. We will contact your insurance to verify benefits.
This seminar is held at Lafayette General Medical Center, from 10 - 11 am, in Owen Auditorium on the first floor across the hall from the cafeteria.
